We only got few more days to go and we will say farewell to this house. For the whole 7 months we spend in this place, all I do was complain. I absolutely did. You can't blame me though, this place has nothing. This is not an ideal place to live on with small kids and a wife who originally came from a place where stores and mall is located left and right. I was born and raised in a city where there are plenty of nearby stores and mall. When my husband brought me here, I was so sad. The only thing I like here, it is very peaceful out here. But when you ask about decent grocery stores or nearby mall, I don't know what to answer.
This place got nothing! We need to drive like an hour or so for groceries or to roam around the mall. It's hilarious and there is no chance I will ever settle in this place. This town is not for me. My husband don't like living here either. We are glad that we are moving out soon. I've heared that the town we are living soon is a nice place to raise kids, which is what we want anyway. It is very important for me to choose the best place for my kids to grow up with. I can't wait anymore. I am so very excited! Although relocating is a pain in the back, I need to deal with it because this upcoming moving will be the best for me and for my family.

So everytime I just had my shower, I try to comb my hair slowly. But it is not working, there are still lots of hair falling off. Anyway, to all women out there who just give birth for the very first time and been having lots of falling hair lately, don't worry because that is just normal. It will go away believe me. We are trying to do it one by one, that way we don't stress ourselves too much. We are not moving until next week, so we got plenty of time to pack things before we leave. It is just overwhelming to think that there are still so many stuffs that need to be pack. Tiny ones makes it longers, unlike bigger furniture and appliances they are very easy to lift one by one. Anyways, I am glad we finally did all the packing with picture frames and fix the hole on the wall. Today, the next thing I will pack are my kids unplayed toys. They owned so many toys yet they barely play them. I will start to pack those toys that they don't play too much and leave the toys that they like the most. I will also pack my figurines and other breakable stuffs I own. See, relocating is just overwhelming. Good thing if you only got few things to pack. At first, I thought I am only dreaming. I am dreaming that somebody is swinging me on a swing. Then I've heared s sound farther away, and it'c getting near. That sound really woke me and my husband. I ask him "what was that?", but right after I asked him we felt the big earthquake! It was very rude indeed. Right after I felt the earthquake, I hurriedly natch my son Elijah on his bassinette! I attemp to go run and hide underneath the table, lolz! That's how terrified I was! My husband stop me and told me to just let it go. If I was probably alone with the kids, I am absolutely on panic because it was a 5.4 magnitude. So yes, it was quite strong that I've never experience before.

The quake just before 4:37 a.m. was centered six miles from West Salem, Ill., and 66 miles from Evansville, Ind. It was felt in such distant cities as Milwaukee, Des Moines, Iowa, and Atlanta, nearly 400 miles to the southeast. It was pretty scary, I tell you. I thought our house will going to break!!! Few of my photo frames where found on the floor right after the earthquake. Boy, I was so terrified. I think I had nervous breakdown right after the incident. Then the aftershock was pretty strong too. Oh gosh, it was scary.

Because I got picture of my kids everyday, lol! That's how crazy I am with pictures. They are just oh so cute I can't resist not taking any pictures of them everyday. I know, it sounds so weird but that's my thing. I got thousands of pictures of my family and most of them are my favorites. I love taking pictures! I guess because, I don't have much photos on my younger years. Or I shouldn't actually say I don't have much, because I don't have any pictures at all when I was still a baby! That's how terrible! Well, I used to have my mom said. But one time we had a big typhoon back home that wash all of our stuffs including photo albums. The only stuffs my parents save was clothes and furniture. It's too slow plus there where tons of pop-ups coming out. At first I have no idea what's going on. Not until this noon I found out that my computer been attack with a spyware! Huhu.. it was crazy. I don't have any idea how that happen at all. I can't remember how I got a spyware. I can't remember visiting any untrusted sites. Anyways, good thing it's all fixed now. Hubby fix it for me, he install a spyware software so it won't happen again. I forgot to update my spyware software, lol! I know.. smart me.. nyahaha! Good thing hubby is here to fix all of the problems I encounter online. Thank goodness for spyware software too. Now I can browse over the web without any worries that somebody is watching me. Spyware are scary and absolutely dangerous!

It's all about plastic products. The expert says that any plastic products that contains number 351 at the buttom of it are not safe. It contains some harmful chemicals that can lead to sickness. Honestly, I do agree of what they just said that you shouldn't microwave any food that is in a plastic. We know that plastics are made with some chemicals and might get into our food when we mircrowave it. After that news that we watch, hubby and I decide to stop microwaving our food using plactic tupperware. We now starting to put any food in a glass plate before we microwave anything. That way, we can assure safety. It's scary to think that you could be ill because of plastic products. The expert says not all plastic products are harmful, but if you would think about it, all of plastic products contains chemicals that we do not want at all. How about you? She live like 1 and half hour away from her kids. Hubby and his two other brothers live at the same place as we do right now. So she drove by when she get a chance to visit all of us. All of her grandkids are excited to see her too all the time. My eldest son Brandon always look for her. How I wish she live closer to us, so she can hold and see the kids everyday. Anyways, my boys was very happy to see her again. They love her deeply I can tell. I am very happy to see mom too. She loves me and treat me like her real daughter. So lucky to have a inlaw's like her! She got the same attitude as my husband.. very nice and kind. She brought the kids an outfits. She always do that anyway. Bring something for her grandkids when she visit. Eversince we still used to live in washington, she always send something for her grandson. So nice of her, really. Hope to see her again this weekend.

Today is my birthday I am officialy 22 years old, lolz! I thanked God for giving me another year to enjoy I am thankful to all the blessings he showered for me and for my loving family. I am very blessed young woman. Me and family will just going to go out for a birthday dinner tonight. We're supposed to have some barbeque today, unfotunately, the weather didn't cooperate. It is pretty windy and chilly outside today. We will going to have the barbeque this weekend then. It is nicely warm outside right now how I wish we have a beach nearby so we can go out for swimming All we got is a very deep lake, which is scary.. lolz! I took the boys our this morning for walking. Brandon pick a bunch of flowers for me, so sweet of him . My son Elijah love roaming around the block too. The bright sun don't bother him at all, infact he love it! We walked for like 40 minutes then went home right away. It's getting warmer for the boys and I don't want them to get sunburn. I enjoyed our walking too. It's a good exercise for me, it will help me slim down again. When we got home, hubby prepared lunch for us. I am very full right now. My, what a great day it is for us! It's indeed spring time!

In my case, I am the one who is strict to both of them. Hubby at the same time is soft to the boys. If Brandon did something wrong, I try to talk to him first. But my child is pretty much hardheaded most of the time. I just told him to not do it again and there he was doing it again. What I do then? I flick his fingers.. that scared him. But you know what? Spanking or flicking kids fingers won't work. I don't believe that spanking is the best way to decipline a child. I've tried flicking my son fingers before but I haven't seen any changes of him. It convince me that I should stop it then because it won't work at all.
The best way a parents can do is talk to the child and explain to him what he just did. Well, my boys are still very young and they are both in the curiousity stage. Which is very understandable. Sometimes, my son get into my nerve. Especially if he did something really bad, like breaking my things. But all I do is, take a big breath and talk to him that he should not do it again or I will not going to give him a snack, lolz! It works! Eversince I told him that, he is very careful now. Even when he is eating his meal, he tried so hard not to make any mess for mommy or else he won't get any snack later, lolz! I just have to bribed him then he will do it for me. How about you? With two kids with us, there are plenty of chores need to work on. I am just tired sometimes. I felt tired working same chores everyday, lolz! But what can I do? It's my responsibility as a wife and mom. Good thing if I am rich, then I can afford to get a nanny to help me, lolz! If we are living in the philippines, then I could get lots of help that's for sure. Nannies there are very cheap and everyone who's income are dollars can definitely afford. That's why how I wish we are living there right now! Plus, I have my families there that I can count on anytime. It's tough to live abroad, especially if you gots kids relying on you. I can't barely comb my hair, lolz! If I am given a chance to choose, I prefer living in the philippines. Life is much easier down there for me. I am sure hubby won't like it there though, he will miss the american culture and food. Same way as I am feeling right now. Arrgghhh!

In 7 more day I will be celebrating my 22nd birthday. How exciting! It's funny how time flies really fast. My baby will be turning 3 months old this month too. I still cannot believe that we are now in the month of april. I still can recall how exciting I was when the year 2007 was almost over then here comes month of January which is my due date. Now it's month of april! I am getting older too, lolz! Anyway, today we went out to eat. We had a great dinner together in one of our favorite buffet. You need to order first then you can decide wether you want the buffet or not. I ordered a sirloin steak plus the buffet. I also love their food on the buffet, so it's always included on my order.. lolz! I am glad my eldest son Brandon love that place too. He love the food as well, so we included it on our top list as our favorite restaurants. Okey, I got to go because my youngest son is getting fussy. Have a great night guys!

Above is a picture showing my two little boys Aren't they handsome? Hahaha! They both look exactly just like me They are the male version of me except of course, for their beautiful fair skin, they got it from their dad. They are exactly repleca of their mom but kids do change a lot when they grow older. Just like my eldest son Brandon, he look like me too when he was just born. Now that he is growing, he look more like his daddy. Me and my husband are very blessed to have healthy babies. They are both very sweet and hyper too. That's boys, you know? They both love each other too. We can see how Brandon do care a lot on his little brother. He give him hugs and kisses everyday. He wants his little brother closer to him all the time. He look for him when he haven't seen him in a while (Elijah is sleeping on his swing in the room) and tried to find him that's how sweet he is. We love this two little boys, so very very much!

I need to get my online task get done first so I won't have to worry by tomorrow. There are actually plenty of them, but I am such a busy mom of two boys so I don't get enough time to work all of them. I only choose the task that looks easier for me and won't take my time forever. With two demanding boys, I don't have any choice right this time. My time is gold! Every seconds count, lol! That's how busy I am. Of course, it's all mine. I am the mom and hubby will be working soon. I need to start thinking some tricks so I won't gone nuts. It was easier for me before when I only have Brandon. Now that there are two of them, I don't know what I will be expecting. Hubby been staying home since he retired from the navy and soon he will be start working again.. huhu
